Our Verdict
The Kavu Drift Creek Cap has a soft, unstructured design with a clear 80s and early 90s feel that stands out without trying too hard. At 72g, it sits comfortably with no pressure points, and the mesh panels make it noticeably breathable in warm conditions.
The rear adjustment is more pronounced than most, but once set, it feels very secure and does not slip. The foam peak keeps things flexible and easy to pack without losing shape. Overall, it is a comfortable, well-ventilated option that combines strong airflow, a secure fit and a retro design.
