Our Verdict
At 209g (Medium), this split-finger mitten prioritises insulation and protection, with a design that retains heat while still allowing basic dexterity. The waterproof construction keeps hands dry in sustained snow and rain, and the soft lining maintains comfort over longer periods. It feels bulkier than standard gloves and runs warm, so it suits slower-paced use, skiing or time in camp rather than high output. Grip is solid thanks to the leather palm, and overall durability is strong. It works best in consistently cold conditions where warmth is the priority.
