The Cocoon Compression Bag Ultralight is simple, smooth to compress, and holds its shape well inside a pack. The 30D nylon fabric feels slick but durable enough for internal use, and the water-repellent finish has coped fine with damp pack corners. Compression is handled via a straightforward strap system—two ladderlocks and two side-release buckles—making it quick to cinch down and easy to undo without faff.
