Real Turmat aim to make their meals so that they taste homemade. The balance of nutrition and flavour combined with sufficient amounts of carbs, fat and protein result in tasty, filling meals ideal for your next adventure.

Real Turmat says

Sweet honey and strawberry. Gives you flying start in the morning and good satiety. On the sweet side. Can be prepared with hot or cold water. Vegetarian.

All our breakfasts are carefully composed by our skilful food and health scientists. This secures you a well balanced and nutritious lightweight meal - really easy to prepare, and with long lasting energy.

Preparation: Tear off the top of the bag at the indentation. Add warm water (2,4 dl) up to the level marker. Stir well, close the bag using the ziplock and let the dish rest for 3 minutes.

Real Turmat has designed a wide range of meals that are tasty, light-weight and aimed at everyone and for any kind of outdoor activity. With a good balance of weight, calories and taste the range has been very popular. The range uses a unique drying process that removes only the water from the original dish. This secures a nutritious and lightweight meal – really easy to prepare without removing any of the flavour.

There are also the 'Field Meal' range which are designed for a balanced diet, developed for personnel in challenging situations. They generally have more calories included to help replace those used on longer or more challenging adventures.

STAFF'S TASTE TEST - I like the texture of this meal, hard drops of chocolate with crunch/ chewy muesli add to the variety of texture. A few of us thought this one might be better hot, as the chocolate will melt, but I like this one cold just as much.  If you use the recommended amount of water, you will end up with a milky cereal consistency, if this isn't to your taste, simply use less water.
