Our Verdict

These rugged, all-purpose winter mitts are reliable for almost any outdoor activity. Unless you are mountaineering in the dead of winter, these mits will be your go-to throughout the cold season. The outer mitt is made of a tough recycled polyamide that protects the Gore-Tex membrane and polyester insulation underneath, which provides incredible warmth. The inner mitt fits more like a glove, with each finger having its own fleece-lined compartment with a brushed polyester feel that adds warmth, comfort, and breathability. The palm of the glove is reinforced to provide extra protection if you are using a pole or doing some light scrambling.

The mits have a cinch around the wrist to lock in warmth, and an internal leash prevents you from losing your gloves when you take them off.

Overall, I am very impressed with these mitts. They are a brilliant addition to any winter kit list, but as they are so reasonably priced, it is difficult not to recommend them to anyone looking for an all-around winter mitten.
