You might have noticed a few subtle changes in the latest down range, not just the new additions to their winter range, but also the switch from Nikwax to Grangers for Rab’s hydrophobic down treatment. It’s part of a new partnership that brings Grangers’ Down Defend Technology into the 2025 line-up, giving the down a more durable, water-repellent finish that helps it stay lofted and warm even in damp, unpredictable conditions.
Like Rab, Grangers share a commitment to sustainability, with the Down Defend treatment being fluorocarbon-free and bluesign approved so you can stay warm and feel good about what you’re wearing.

The winner will win a Men’s Rab Electron Pro Down Hoody or a Women’s Rab Electron Pro Down Hoody in their chosen style and colour (subject to availability).
The competition starts on 3rd November 2025 and ends on 1st December 2025. All entrants between these dates will be entered into the draw.
The winner will be drawn on 2nd December 2025, and the winner will be notified via email. If you don't get an email from us, unfortunately, you have not been successful on this occasion.
Every correct entry submitted between the competition dates will have their email address entered into the draw. The draw uses a random number generator and will be completely fair, with each email address having the same chance to win as any other. Only one entry per person will be accepted. No dialogue will be entered about the administration of the competition/draw.
