Our Verdict
The Trekmates Bamford Gore-Tex Hat is versatile and can be worn in any weather condition. The tough 50D outer shell protects a GORE-TEX membrane that makes the hat waterproof and windproof. The hat's wide brim also helps keep the sun out of your eyes and the rain off your face. The Bamford hat is an excellent option for those who do not always want to wear a hood, as it provides excellent protection from the elements without being too bulky or hot. As a glasses wearer, I also appreciate the hat's wide brim, as it helps keep the rain out of my eyes.
