Our Verdict
What stands out most here is the suspension system. Most 35L travel packs prioritise laptop storage and organisation first, then treat comfort as secondary. This feels much closer to a proper load-carrying backpack, with load lifters, an adjustable fit, and a removable hip belt designed for carrying weight over longer days rather than simply moving through airports.
I also think the layout is well judged for everyday travel. The clamshell opening and internal storage make organisation much easier than a traditional hiking pack, while the external bottle pocket and clean front panel keep it practical for daily use. The updated version also improves bottle access and laptop entry, which feels like a sensible refinement rather than a complete redesign.
Overall, this feels best suited to long-term travellers and one-bag users who expect to carry their pack properly between destinations rather than just wheel luggage from hotel to hotel.
