Our Verdict
The Abisko hike trousers are an excellent choice for hikers in the warmer months of the year. They have a close technical fit, with legs that taper in towards the ankle and ankle cuffs that can be cinched in, so depending on your footwear choice (and if you’re in tick country or not), you get a tailored fit. The Abisko also has an integrated belt, which sits nicely and keeps the trousers in position. You also have three zipped pockets to keep your valuables safe.
Fjallraven's G100 Air Stretch is a durable 65% polyester, 35% cotton blend that works really well in warm conditions. They are incredibly breathable and vent heat quickly, thanks to their side vents which I always like to see in hiking trousers.
They also look nice, so you’ll get plenty of use from them off and on the trail.
