Our Verdict
The Turbat Yeti Bottom 2 Pants are a dependable option for cold-weather layering, offering strong warmth and a snug, flexible fit. Made from a polyester-spandex blend (288 g/m²), they feel soft and stretchy, sitting close to the skin without restricting movement. At 237g (Medium), they provide solid insulation for their weight.
The body-hugging cut works best under shell or insulated trousers, making them ideal for static or low-intensity use, such as winter camping. They hold heat well and manage moisture effectively, though a lighter baselayer would breathe better during sustained exertion.
For colder trips where warmth and reliability matter most, these thermal bottoms perform well as part of a winter layering system of as dedicated winter PJ’s
