The Slipstream Trail Tights are designed specifically for mountain runners. Made with ECONYL® regenerated nylon yarns, they're durable and unrestrictive, while also boasting a reduced environmental impact. A tailored run-specific fit ensures the shorts move with you, while low profile flatlock seams and an internal waist drawcord keep bulk to a minimum. Ankle zippers make the tights easy to put on / take off.
Our Verdict
The lightweight 4-way stretch metering facilitates unprecedented freedom of movement. I'm quite new to running and hiking in tights, but I'm a big fan of these; it feels like you’re not wearing very much, yet you are still well-protected from the elements.
On the rear of the waste line, you have access to two small stretchy pockets, which are big enough for some energy gels but not much else, and the zipped pocket between these is good for keeping your keys safe but not big enough for a mobile phone.
