Our Verdict
The women’s Patagonia Endless Run 7/8 Tights feel just as capable and considered as the men's version, with a few fit tweaks that improve comfort over distance. The fabric is soft but supportive, drying quickly and flexing well without losing shape. At 184g for a Medium, they’re light enough for fast-paced efforts but tough enough for repeated use on mixed terrain.
The side pockets are well placed—phones and snacks stay put without bouncing—and the mesh behind the knees adds welcome airflow on long climbs. The mid-rise waist and external drawcord give a secure, flattering fit, and the odour control tech holds up across multi-day efforts.
