Our Verdict

Radix Nutrition offers a wide range of meals and energy servings. The Original range of meals is available in 400 calories for the breakfasts and 600 calories for the main meals, sufficient for most people's appetites. However, a higher energy serving, the ultra range, offers 800kcal meals to those with bigger appetites and those pushing themselves further and need more energy.

STAFF'S TASTE TEST - This dish is packed with a tangy blueberry flavour. The seeds and nuts add a lot to the dish, giving it a nice crunch and a bit of extra flavour. We had this dish cold, but it would work well hot, too. The blueberries would become softer, but the overall flavour would still be delicious.
