A lightweight toe sock that stays put, breathes well, and helps keep blisters at bay.
Injinji says:
The Run series offers innovative, restriction-free movement and eliminates skin-on-skin friction, which is one of the primary causes of blisters. Engineered for optimal comfort, performance and protection, the five-toe sleeve design incorporates moisture-wicking COOLMAX® EcoMade fibers, targeted arch support, a breathable mesh top, and a streamlined fit, uniquely tailored to left and right feet. From training runs to race day, Injinji’s Run socks will go the distance by keeping your feet protected in any shoe.
Our Verdict
Injinji’s Run Lightweight Crew Socks continue to stand out thanks to their five-toe design, which I’ve found helps prevent rubbing and hotspots, especially on longer hikes. The snug mid-calf fit does a decent job keeping trail debris out, and the mesh top allows for better airflow than you’d expect from such a form-fitting sock. At 59g (large), they’re quick and light, with the close-knit 200 needle construction adding a subtle sense of durability and precision that some thinner socks lack. The updated arch band is noticeably more supportive without feeling restrictive.
