The Mythic range is all about slashing weight wherever possible. The Mythic 600 is an extremely lightweight four-season bag. At home in high mountains, it’s ideal for venturing out long Alpine routes, multi-day climbs, treks, or bikepacking adventures.
Weighing in at just 925g, it contains 600g of 900FP goose down. The chevron style baffle design keeps the down in position, optimising core warmth and reducing the amount of fabric needed compared to traditional horizontal baffles. The outer is made from our own wind- and water-resistant, recycled Atmos™ fabric. The bag has a narrow mummy shape to minimise bulk, lightweight zips and pullers, and comes with a lightweight, waterproof, roll-top compression sack for protection from the elements and a small pack size while on the move.
The trapezoid boxwall baffle construction allows the down to fully loft, eliminates cold spots, and maximises warmth. It has an additional, adjustable baffle around the neck and an internal baffle along the length of the zip, both designed stop the heat from escaping. Hand-filled in the UK, all our down bags benefit from never having had their down compressed before use, maintaining the down’s loft and warmth.

Winter backpackers counting every ounce, Rab's Mythic 600 delivers outstanding warmth for its incredibly lightweight. Tipping the scales at 925 grams for the regular size, this highly compressible mummy packs a premium 600 grams of 900-fill power goose down to keep you warm to around 10°F.
The Mythic 600's chevron baffle design and trapezoid box-wall construction allow the premium to loft and eliminate cold spots. An adjustable neck baffle and insulated zipped baffle prevent precious warmth from escaping the trim mummy cut. The angled foot box offers more room for feet despite the ultra-compressed dimensions.
While not an expedition-level bag, the Mythic 600 should keep alpinists and winter backpackers reasonably warm on most 4-season adventures. The 10D recycled Atmos shell sheds light moisture, and a waterproof roll-top sack protects the down. Other nice features include anti-snag zipper guards and an internal stash pocket.
For fast-and-light alpinists and ounce-counters needing a premium lightweight 4-season bag, the Mythic 600 is an incredibly warm yet compact option.
