Our Verdict
The new magnetic SwiftLock buckle on the Polar Belt is a simple yet innovative design. The two ends click together and held firmly with a magnet. This means you can actually attach the belt with one hand although in practice it's a little fiddly. The new buckle system works really well though and is low profile so doesn't feel obtrusive. It feels very solid and combined with Arcade's stretchy webbing is very comfortable to wear.
