The single-pole pyramid design (carbon pole sold separately) makes pitching the tent quick and allows it to be set up fly-first in bad weather to keep your inner and gear dry. This makes it perfect for fast-paced adventures. The tent can be pitched using standard hiking poles, enhancing its versatility and eliminating the need for carrying extra tent poles.

This is not a standalone tent; it’s a dedicated insert that transforms the Hypermid 2 UL Pyramid fly into a fully enclosed, two-person shelter. At 622g, the whole inner offers a generous 3.16m² floor area and 132cm peak height, with room for two and their gear. The mesh walls improve airflow and bug protection, while the 40 D PU-laminated nylon floor with a 25,000mm+ waterhead delivers reliable defence against wet ground.
Ventilation is adequate when paired with the Hypermid’s roof vents, and two-way zip access provides flexible control of airflow. The inner integrates cleanly with the fly and supports a fly-first pitch, keeping the inner dry in poor weather. Build quality is strong across the board: seams are well sealed, the mesh is well cut, and all zips and tie points have held up over repeated use.
