Hestra says:
A battery-heated mitten liner with integrated heated panels. Designed for the Hestra Heli Ski Mitt, it also fits many other Hestra mittens with a long cuff and removeable liner. A USB-charged battery and three levels of heat keep fingers toasty in cold temperatures.
