Our Verdict
The latest version of the NEMO Fillo hasn’t strayed far from its winning formula, and I’m glad for that. At 240g, it’s not the lightest in my kit, but when sleep quality matters, this is my go to. A soft foam layer and an inflatable core give it a natural feel under the head, especially when slightly under-inflated. It cradles well and doesn’t have that bouncy sensation.
The microsuede cover is soft, removable, and easy to wash. I wish it came with some way to secure it to a mat—though slipping it inside a baselayer and pulling it over the pad does the trick. Inflation is quick, and the low-profile valve allows for fine-tuning.
