Our Verdict
Punctures can effect sleeping mats just as they might effect a bike tyre, but they can often be repaired. For fast repairs that you perhaps notice in the night, strong adhesive tape can work, but for a more effective and long lasting repair, adhesive glue as well as a repair patch may be necessary.
