Our Verdict
At 112g, the Gossamer Gear Compression Cube Full strikes a balance between low weight and function. The 12-litre capacity handles bulkier layers without strain, and the dual-zip system neatly tightens the content. I found it easiest to roll clothing before cinching, which kept fabric clear of the compression track. The mesh lid gives quick visibility and airflow, although it does little to contain odour if you are packing worn kit. The colour-coded zips make it easy to distinguish between access and compression, and the webbing handle helps with fast retrieval from a tightly packed rucksack.
