Most importantly, our Allpas are now made with 100% recycled fabrics that are even more durable than before. While all the customer-favorite features of our bestselling packs remain, we made a few game- changing updates. New details include air mesh shoulder straps for an ultra-comfortable carry, better weight distribution, a new exterior stretch water bottle pocket, and a luggage pass-through strap that easily slides over the handle of a roller bag (like our Allpa Roller Bags).
Identical to our standard Allpa 28L Travel Pack in features and function, this Del Día version uses high-quality deadstock fabric that might have otherwise ended up in the landfill, making each pack one-of-a-kind.
This Allpa pack is made with 100% recycled fabrics sourced from pre-consumer waste. We used recycled nylon for the shell and recycled polyester for the liner.

Our Verdict
The Cotopaxi Allpa 28L Travel Pack – Del Día brings thoughtful updates that enhance comfort and usability while keeping its trademark innovative organisation. The Del Día concept uses leftover high-quality fabric, giving each bag a unique colour pattern and cutting textile waste by around 30%.
At 1078g, it’s sized perfectly for carry-on travel and short outdoor trips. The redesigned shoulder straps with air mesh improve ventilation, while the addition of a stretch bottle pocket and luggage pass-through makes travel and everyday use smoother. The harness balances well for moderate loads, with a stabilising rather than load-bearing hip belt.
While not a technical hiking pack, it excels for travel and light adventure use with an impressively practical, sustainable design that blends everyday function with long-term durability.
