Every sack item comes packaged in it's own zippered sack, intentionally designed to be reusable. The best way to keep packaging out of landfills is to make it into it's own standalone product.
Tear the front product description tag off along the perforated edges and you have a clean zipp sack perfect for organization inside your pack. You can even attach on the outside of your pack by utilizing the webbing loops on both ends.
The front description is printed on recycled Tyvek® tags and is recyclable. Please recycle after it's removed.
Our Verdict
Granite Gear’s Air Bags are a straightforward solution for organising kit inside. Available in multiple volumes, ranging from 2 litres at 10g to 16 litres at 30g, they utilise 30D sil-nylon with a lightly translucent finish that makes it easy to identify the contents. The rectangular profile stacks more cleanly than round sacks, allowing for efficient use of space and improved pack stability. The cord-and-lock closure is minimal but functional, and the slick fabric slides neatly into tight spaces.
The material is very light, making it best suited for clothing, electronics, or food kept inside the main pack rather than exposed to external abrasion. Each air bag now comes with a reusable zipped storage bag (weight not included), which doubles as a small organiser for cables or toiletries. For those who value efficient packing with minimal weight, these bags deliver precisely what is needed.
