Our Verdict
The Fjallraven Abisko Sun Hoodie has a straightforward design, with soft fabric that feels light on the skin and dries quickly when you're moving at a steady pace. It stays comfortable in warm weather, and the relaxed fit through the shoulders and chest lets air circulate without feeling baggy.
The hood gives solid coverage and fits well over a cap, although it can feel a bit loose in stronger winds. Thumb loops help keep the sleeves in place and add a little extra coverage over the hands, which is useful on more exposed stretches.
At 170g in a medium, it is light enough without feeling flimsy, though it is still worth being careful around rough terrain.
