The Eagle Creek Cargo Haulier XT Wheeled Duffel combines a wide opening with internal and external compression, making the 120-litre compartment straightforward to pack and helping to stabilise bulky loads. The telescopic handle and heavy-duty wheels provide better control through airports, stations and hotels.
At 4,773g, it is a substantial bag, but that weight supports a reinforced ballistic-polyester base, corner protection and a structured wheel system. The zip-away backpack straps help with stairs and short sections where rolling is impractical, though carrying a fully loaded 120-litre duffel will quickly become uncomfortable.
