Whether you’re climbing, hill-walking, or scrambling, the versatile Women’s Elevation Pants are equipped for the demands of a mountain day. Allowing full freedom of movement, they are made with lightweight Matrix™ double weave fabric with 4-way stretch.
With a slim fit and feminine cut, the Women’s Elevation Pants have a low-bulk, elasticated, deep waistband with drawcord adjustment. The zipped thigh pocket is large enough to fit a smartphone and keep other small items to hand, making these the essential stretch softshell pant for all outdoor activities.
Our Verdict
The women's Rab Elevation Pants are a mix between a legging and a softshell trouser. They work in the same way as a softshell trouser thanks to the lightweight Matrix double weave fabric with 4-way stretch and DWR, but have a much closure fit. I wouldn't say they are tight enough to be classed as a legging either so I'd say they sit somewhere between the two. However they do offer the same amount of stretch as a legging, so you can move more freely without any restrictions, especially on those challenging hiking days.
They feature a handy zipped thigh pocket to store essential items and a wide elasticated waistband with draw cord adjustment so they stay comfortable and secure no matter how demanding the trail is.
