Our Verdict
Black Diamond's Trail Cork Trekking Poles poles are an excellent general purpose pole and the addition of the cork handles combined with the extended foam grips. The flick locks ensure that you don't have any problems deploying the poles (twist lock poles can sometimes seize in place) and allow you to vary the length of the poles when ascending and descending from 100cm-140cm.
This version have a 100% natural cork handle that provides excellent four season performance and is backed up with an extended foam grip for particularly steep climbs. They come with a pair of snow baskets that are easily interchangeable with the standard ones that are already fitted.
