At the heart of the Switch jacket is the innovative Octayarn Warp-knit core, which provides an impressive warmth-to-weight ratio and exceptional moisture transfer. This technology allows you to maintain the coat during stop-start activities without overheating, a crucial feature for mountaineering and alpine climbing.
The jacket's versatility is enhanced by strategically placed Pontetorto® Tecnostretch fleece panels on the arms, shoulders, and sides. These panels offer excellent mobility and breathability, ensuring unrestricted movement during technical manoeuvres.
The outer layer, constructed from lightweight 20D RS Nylon, provides wind resistance and a mechanical stretch for added comfort. The FC-free DWR treatment offers light weather protection without harmful chemicals.
Practical features abound, including two zipped hand warmer pockets, two Napoleon chest pockets, and the ability to pack into its pocket with twin carabiner loops for easy carrying. The elastane-bound hem and double-layer collar add to the overall comfort and fit.
