Our Verdict
The Swift Lite Hybrid Shorts hybrid fabric mix does a solid job—light and quick-drying at the front, a bit more rugged around the back where you tend to get more abrasion. The vented panels helped keep things cool without overdoing it. The waistband stays put without digging in, though the external drawcord feels a little bulky under a hipbelt.
The thigh zip pocket is handy for small essentials, but nowhere to stash your phone, which is worth noting. Fit-wise, I’d consider sizing up if you’re on the fence, especially if you prefer a bit more room through the thigh.
