Our new Superflux Hoody looks and performs better than ever before. Its new design includes an enlarged bonded chest pocket with YKK® zip, plus a pair of discreet harness-compatible handwarmer pockets. It also includes soft Thermic™ stretch fleece fabric, with integrated elastane for outstanding flexibility. The low weight, athletic fit and flatlock seams make it easy to wear as a layering piece, as well as supremely comfortable against the skin. Stylish, lightweight and packable, the Superflux Hoody features a set of unobtrusive thumb loops for reliable layering comfort, plus a snug under-helmet hood for draught-free insulation.

Our Verdict
Rab's Superflux Hoody is a versatile piece, as it can be comfortable worn as a mid layer in cold temperatures or as an outer layer on warmer days. The technical Thermic fleece fabric provides a good amount of warmth with effective moisture management. It uses different textures on the inside and outside to achieve this. The outer has a smooth durable surface and the inside has a grid pattern which provides warmth without compromising breathability.
This updated version includes two slimline hand warmer pockets and an enlarged chest pocket making it a more practical top to use. The slim fit is designed to keep it comfortable and unobtrusive under multiple layers whilst flatlock seams reduce chafing. It features an under helmet hood which has a stretch binding keeping it secured around your head to minimise heat loss. The sleeves have separate cuffs complete with thumb loops so you can ensure the sleeves stay under your gloves and your wrists don't get cold.
