The Phantom Contact Grip glove is a lightweight and wind resistant glove with a sticky grip palm for all round use in variable conditions.
Made using Polartec® Wind Pro® fabric, the Phantom Contact Grip Glove provides high levels of breathability without compromising wind resistance. A grippy silicon palm reduces the chances of you dropping valuables, and a conductive print on index finger and thumb allows you to use touch devices without taking the gloves off.
The Phantom Grip Contact Glove is an ideal general purpose glove for use on more moderate pursuits.
Our Verdict
Rab's Phantom Contact Grip Gloves provide a good level of warm and wind resistance for a glove this thin and dexterous. The soft fleece lining makes them really comfortable while the harder outer face fabric, made with Polartec Wind Pro, works well to keep the wind out and you warm.
These are my go-to gloves for everyday use now. The super grippy design on the palm is great feature that makes them so much more practical and usable than traditional fleece gloves. The touchscreen compatible tips on the thumb and index finger are great for using your phone in cold conditions too.
