Each pack of TORQ Jellies provides 30 grams of multiple-transportable carbohydrates (1 TORQ Unit). For optimal performances, our TORQ Fuelling System recommends consuming 2-3 TORQ Units per hour which can be achieved through consuming a variety of fuelling products as illustrated in the table below. Consuming a pack of 6 TORQ Jellies is simply one method of ingesting a TORQ Unit.
Our Verdict
TORQ Energy Jellies are designed to give you a boost of energy when your reserves are running low. Using a 2:1 glucose-to-fructose ratio, these jellies provide 30 grams of multiple-transportable carbohydrates per pack.
The igloo-shaped chews are soft and easy to dispense, but lack individual packaging. Individually wrapped sweets would have been more convenient for portability, especially if you don't plan on eating the full pack in one race/hike. But this is a minor gripe. They taste excellent and have a good texture.
