Julbo says:
The XL frame, designed for larger faces, adapted for prescription lens wearers! Good ventilation and a specific foam adapted to any kind of temples: let's enjoy gliding with a wide vision angle.
Our Verdict
The Julbo Jupiter OTG Spectron 3 goggles strike a good balance for skiers who wear prescription glasses and want to keep things simple. The frame is roomy without feeling bulky, and the foam around the eyeglass channels works, well— my glasses sat comfortably all day without pressure points, and the foam adds ventilation. The Spectron 3 lens is fixed at a 15% VLT, which handled full sun and bright snow reflection confidently.
I found the airflow to be consistent, even during higher-output climbs — fogging just didn’t happen, which has been a struggle with other OTG options I’ve tried. The strap system integrates cleanly with a helmet, and the clip at the back makes them easy to take off without messing with the fit.
