Our Verdict
The Jet-Ti 2 is Vargo’s 20th anniversary refresh of its long-standing titanium canister stove. Weighing just 55g, it’s lighter than the original but retains the same 9,000 BTU output and now features upgraded pot supports for better stability on uneven surfaces.
Build quality remains excellent. The titanium construction holds up well under regular use. Boiling times are fast and consistent, and flame control is straightforward, making it easy to simmer or operate at full power depending on the conditions.
The design is simple, featuring minimal moving parts and no unnecessary elements. It packs down small and includes a nylon case, though the folded shape is still a bit bulky for ultralight kits that prioritise space efficiency.
