The Inside: The interior is a roomy 20 sq. feet with no taper to accommodate a modern rectangular sleeping pad. The tent body is solution-dyed micromesh for exceptional breathability and bug protection, perfect for star-gazing on clear nights. The no-curve tent door features zippers that are easy to use with one hand. They also zip closed to a single point so you always know where to open the door, even in the dark. Tech-friendly pockets feature cable ports at the corners for headphones and charging cords. A large overhead gear loft pocket is perfect for a headlamp, sunglasses and other quick-access items, and an included clothesline lets you dry out damp clothes.
The Outside: The symmetrical tent design means you can set up the Hubba faster than you thought possible, particularly handy for those unexpected rainstorms. Durable and light DAC poles, a PFAS-free water-repellent coating and taped seams keep the Hubba stable and dry so you can ride out any weather in comfort. The rainfly features a large vestibule for storing any gear you don’t want inside. The easy in-and-out vestibule door features a StayDry™ rain gutter to catch any drips, while the updated kickstand vent adds even more airflow. Premium metal corner hardware is easy to use and super durable; eight included Mini Groundhog™ stakes are strong and lightweight.

Our Verdict
The Hubba Hubba name carries real heritage in the world of backpacking. For years, it has stood for a clear and consistent idea: a quick pitch, liveable dome that prioritises usable space. The LT 1P follows the same principle, scaled for solo use, with an emphasis on ventilation and low weight.
Set up is straightforward thanks to the symmetrical structure and single DAC pole system. The interior offers 1.82 sq m of floor area with no taper, so a wide, rectangular pad fits cleanly without angled corners eating into space. The near-vertical walls and 99 cm peak height create a usable sitting area.
Where the LT 1P defines itself is in its inner construction. The body relies heavily on solution-dyed micromesh, creating a very open feel with constant airflow. Condensation management is one of its strongest traits, and in warm conditions, ventilation is excellent.
The pocket layout is practical, with easy-access storage for smaller items, plus useful overhead space and an integrated clothesline. The single vestibule provides adequate covered storage for boots and wet kit.
With a 1200 mm fly and a 1800 mm floor, weather protection is appropriate for typical three-season use. At 1056g excluding pegs and bags, the overall package feels well balanced for those who prioritise space and breathability in a proven design.
