Our Verdict
The Jetboil Hanging Kit 2.0 refines the original setup with a sturdier sliding bracket that locks securely onto the hanging cord, improving stability when suspended. It’s built from lightweight metal cables and rods and now works seamlessly with newer Jetboil systems, including the 2025 Zip 0.8 L and Flash 1.0 L. Once set up, the system feels reassuringly stable for melting snow or boiling water in confined spaces such as bivy ledges or inside a camper. It packs down small, though care is needed when stowing the wires to avoid tangles. The adjustment length can take a little trial and error, but once dialled in, it performs exactly as intended.
