Our Verdict
This is a versatile, directional, and lantern-style inflatable light bar. It runs off a USB charge, so you need an external battery pack to use this light bar. Inflating the air chamber creates a space for the light to be defused, giving off a cosy glow rather than a harsh, sterile LED light. When the light bar is deflated, it is highly packable and still works as a light, giving you a more focused directional light.
The Everglow has an elasticated loop of material to attach the bar to a tent washing line or awning with a simple carabiner clip. The large and XLarge have magnets attached to stick to any metal surface.
The light itself is water resistant so that it can be left out in the rain, and it will work fine; however, as the light only works with a battery pack, you will still need to bring that in away from the rain. This is the only drawback; I would like to see Light Tube have some internal charge so if the power bank isn’t attached, you would still have a little power to locate things in the tent, for example.
