Our Verdict
A lightweight, weatherproof case built for photographers who need dependable protection without excess weight. The Regular (74g) and Large (105g) versions provide a snug, stable fit that keeps camera equipment secure during movement, though there is no adjustable insert as found in more traditional camera bags.
The smaller pod is ideal for a camera with a 35–85mm lens, while the larger accommodates longer lenses comfortably. The Dyneema composite shell and water-resistant zip provide excellent defence against rain and abrasion, and the closed-cell foam padding gives dependable impact protection.
Multiple daisy-chain loops allow flexible attachment to a pack or harness, and the pod works particularly well when mounted over the sternum strap, keeping the camera easily accessible at all times.
Although interior organisation is minimal, the clean layout keeps access quick and secure.
