Our Verdict
Gram-counter Gear's Aluminium Tent Pegs use a compact design that works really well in firm ground. Although they are versatile enough to work in most ground conditions they do excel in harder, stony ground. The hook at the top has a deep notch for keeping guy lines secure and the squared design provides a bit more hold than round nail style pegs. The gold colouring makes them easy to spot in the ground which is a nice touch.
This six peg set comes in a handy storage bag that is great for keeping your gear organised and your tent free from muddy pegs when you're packing away. These pegs are so light and compact I always pack a few in my tent bag for emergencies as they are great all-rounders.
