Our Verdict
The Flextail Zero Pillow is built around a B-shaped design that cradles the neck and keeps the head stable throughout the night. Thanks to the dual-valve system, inflation is quick, and the TPU bladder feels tough enough for regular use. I found the soft, removable cover comfortable against the skin, and it’s machine washable, which is a bonus for longer trips. The included strap helps keep it from sliding around on slick sleeping mats—especially useful if you move a bit in your sleep.
