Our Verdict
At just 105g, the Trek Pot UL 0.8L is impressively light yet still offers practical touches such as a strainer lid, pour spout and folding handles. The hard-anodised aluminium construction conducts heat efficiently, and I found food cooked evenly without much scorching when kept to moderate flame settings. The lid handle feels secure when pouring, and the whole setup packs neatly, with space to nest a small stove or 100g canister inside. For its weight, durability is good, but care is needed if using metal utensils. The Trek Pot UL delivers a reliable blend of packability, efficient cooking, and thoughtful design, making it a strong choice for those seeking a minimalist yet functional solo pot.
