Our Sweet and Sour Chicken with Rice meal is so good that you’ll put it on the permanent rotation. The chicken is coated in a sweet and sticky sauce mixed with pieces of pineapple and fluffy rice -- baked to perfection. This classic meal has been one of the perennial favourites since Expedition Foods was founded in 1995. Add hot water, stir and wait five minutes. It won't take you long to remember that this is one of your best-loved meals.

Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

* The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.
