The Mont-Bell Stretch Exceloft Watch Cap is a lightweight, comfortable, and warm beanie made with EXCELOFT synthetic insulation and a water-repellent finish. It is perfect for cold-weather hikes and mountain ascents.

Our Verdict
The Mont-Bell Stretch Exceloft Watch Cap is a cosy and comfortable lightweight Beanie. Mont-Bell has utilised EXCELOFT synthetic insulation within the cap, which insulates but also protects from the wind; this is protected with a 15-denier nylon ripstop that has been treated with a water-repellent finish that will shed light rain, sleet and snow. The Exceloft Watch Cap is very warm, perfect for exposed Mountain tops. it could be a little warm at low levels if you are exerting yourself, but if you are not pushing yourself, this is an excellent hat at home and in the mountains.
