These are ideal for a variety of activities, from the daily commute to a liner glove for really cold conditions in the mountains.
Our Verdict
A pair of gloves that will fare well in milder winter conditions, not something I would be taking into the mountains on very cold days. They are quite dexterous, but the fit didn’t agree with my hand shape. They could work well with a glove layering system.
The Grippy silicone is where the Sticky X Therm Gloves get their name, and the grip is indeed very sticky and works well when handling tracking poles.
The touchscreen capabilities are ok; not the best I have used, but they work well enough to navigate.
