Wheat spaghetti topped with a sauce rich in tomatoes, garlic, onions and minced beef infused with an Italian herb mix of oregano, summer savoury, basil, thyme, rosemary and marjoram. This combination produces a delightful hot pasta dish tangled with beautifully rich and smooth bolognese sauce exploding with flavour. Don't leave home without this meal whether you are headed to Wales or the Amazon Jungle, this meal will keep you happy. Just add hot water, stir and wait five minutes.
Preparation: Remove the oxygen absorber (sachet) from inside the pouch.* Add boiling water to the internal fill line 5 (450ml), stir the contents and then close the bag and wait 5-8 minutes for the food to re-hydrate.
Cold water will suffice in an emergency, however the re-hydration time is much longer.
*The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic.
Expedition Foods meals have a long shelf life of up to 5 years.

| STAFF'S TASTE TEST - If you don’t normally have a starter try a cup-a-soup with crackers to boost the meal. I added 250ml boiling water and resealed the bag – left it wrapped in a down jacket for the full time specified. Delicious! Could have been more meaty or tomato flavour – but very tasty and well constituted. |
