This dish tops the savoury breakfast checklist with exquisite scrambled eggs mixed with cheddar cheese and caramelised red onions. This can be eaten any time of day as an All Day Breakfast, and is a must-take meal when camping or going on extended hikes across Nepal or the Isle of Skye. Add hot water, stir and wait five minutes, you won't be disappointed.

Preparation: REMOVE THE OXYGEN ABSORBER* (Sachet) from inside the pouch. Slowly add hot water, stirring as you pour and then close the bag. Wait 5 minutes for the food to rehydrate. Cold water will suffice, however the re-hydration time is much longer.

* The oxygen absorber helps maintain product freshness and is non toxic. DO NOT EAT.

STAFF'S TASTE TEST - 450cal, 5-8minutes. Really tasty, impressed that the cheese actually tasted like melted cheese, onions stood out taste-wise. Balance between onions, cheese and scrambled egg could have been different because caramelised onion dominates the flavour quite a bit but very tasty.
