Our Verdict
Built primarily as a pair of bouldering and wall-climbing pants, the ROC Lite standard pants are a looser fit than the ROC Lite Slim Pant. They are made from a light and incredibly stretchy 85% recycled polyamide and 15% elastane blend that move with you, dries quickly and are hardwearing enough to stand up to abrasions from the wall or boulders.
They have a drawcord fastening, so you get a nice tailored fit. I prefer slightly larger pockets, but the loop on the rear for your chalk bag is a nice touch.
