The product has 5 years shelf life from the manufacturing date. Store at room temperature. An opened bag should be treated as a fresh product. Please eat the meal within 2 hours of adding water.

Preparation:

Open the pouch using the upper tear notch

1. Add 3,7 dl of hot water as indicated.

2. Stir, close the pouch, wait for 8 minutes.

3. Split the pouch using the lower tear notch and enjoy!

Our Verdict

Real Turmat has designed a wide range of meals that are tasty, light-weight and aimed at everyone and for any kind of outdoor activity. With a good balance of weight, calories and taste the range has been very popular. The range uses a unique drying process that removes only the water from the original dish. This secures a nutritious and lightweight meal – really easy to prepare without removing any of the flavour.

There is also the 'Field Meal' range which are designed for a balanced diet, developed for personnel in challenging situations. They generally have more calories included to help replace those used on longer or more challenging adventures.
