Its 8L capacity and gravity-fed design don't require pumping or power to produce up to 30L of clean drinking water per hour. The 0.02-micron ultrafilter membrane removes 99.999% of viruses, bacteria, parasites, microplastics, and particulates from water sources.
What makes this system stand out is its long-lasting 18,000-liter capacity—enough for a family of 5 for around 5 years. The rugged design includes a backwash syringe to extend filter life. Well-constructed from BPA-free FDA-approved materials, it comes with convenient accessories like a hanging strap, leakproof cap, and adapter for filling bottles directly.
This is an excellent option for groups of 3-5 backpackers looking to reduce their overall pack weight. However, if you are hiking alone, it is excessive.
