The OMM Kamleika Jacket is well-thought-out for anyone focused on lightweight, weather-resistant gear that won’t restrict movement. At 263g for a medium, this jacket feels lightweight and moves with you like a base layer, thanks to OMM’s four-way stretch Kamleika fabric. It’s waterproof and breathable, with a soft, quiet finish that avoids the typical “crinkle” sound of some shells.
The adjustable hood with a wired peak offers excellent coverage, and the active cuffs with thumb loops keep the sleeves in place, which is especially helpful in cold or wet weather. The two large hand pockets are ideal for stashing maps or snacks on the go and add convenience without extra bulk. The reflective detailing adds safety in low-light conditions, a plus for early morning or evening adventures.
